Haifa's personality seems to be a mixed bag. On the one hand, she performs concerts for children's charities and her fans praise her "humble and sincere" personality, but she's been linked to a number of scandals involving back-biting and rumor-mongering. She wears tight and skimpy clothes then claims to be repulsed when other singers do the same. Haifa claims the media persona that has developed around her isn't the "real" Haifa. Then what is? Despite Haifa's forays into modeling, singing, and now even acting (or maybe because of them), it seems like her biggest gift is one of self-promotion. Modeling requires dedication and hard work, but little talent, aside from looking good. Her music, a fusion of Western Gypsy Kings-style with Arabic rhythms, is also trend-following and uninspired. As for how good Haifa's acting is, it's too soon to tell.
